Rapeseed oil
Rapeseed oil is produced in accordance with the requirements of STB 1486-2004 "Rapeseed Oil. Technical Specifications" and TS BY 300031680.007-2018 "Unrefined Fodder Rapeseed Oil". Rapeseed oil is produced from rape seeds of grade 1 and 2 that meet the requirements of STB 1398-2003, TR CU 015/2011 "On Grain Safety". Rapeseed oil, intended for processing for food purposes, is produced from rape seeds of the 1st grade. Depending on the physicochemical parameters, grade P rapeseed oil is divided into grades: first and second.
Grade P rapeseed oil is used for industrial processing for food purposes (for the production of margarine, mayonnaise, solid fats). Technical (grade T) and feed rapeseed oil are produced from rapeseed oilseeds of grade 2. For technical purposes, rapeseed oil is used in the production of soap, lubricants, biofuels, and also finds its application in the leather, textile, rubber, and steel industries. For feed purposes, rapeseed oil is used for the production of feed products. The significant benefits of rapeseed oil are evidenced by a high content of microelements in it: calcium, copper, manganese, magnesium, and zinc.
The vitamin ratio in rapeseed oil contains high concentrations of carotenoids, tocopherols, vitamins A and D. Rapeseed oil has a high content of vitamins E and A, natural antioxidants that protect cells from damage by oxygen radicals. In addition to them, rapeseed oil contains a lot of vitamins B. Oleic acid, which is part of the oil, is an excellent component of dietary and medical nutrition. Linoleic acid in oil is not only a prophylactic agent for cardiovascular diseases, but also contributes to health gain.
Compliance of grade P unrefined rapeseed oil of 1 and 2 grade with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 024/2011 "Technical Regulations for Fat and Oil Products", TR CU 022/2011 "Food Products in Terms of their Labeling", is confirmed by the Declaration of Conformity No. TS BY / 112 11.01. TR024 005 05352 dated February 24, 2020 valid till February 23, 2025, and compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Republic of Belarus TR 2010/025/BY "Feed and Feed Additives. Safety" and "Veterinary and Sanitary Rules for Ensuring Safety of Feed and Feed Additives in Veterinary and Sanitary Terms" is confirmed by the Declaration of Conformity No. BY/112 11.01.TR025 005 08055 dated May 18, 2020 valid till May 18, 2025.
Compliance of rapeseed oil with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Republic of Belarus TR 2010/02 /BY "Feed and Feed Additives. Safety" and "Veterinary and Sanitary Rules for Ensuring Safety of Feed, Feed Additives and Raw Materials for the Production of Compound Feed", approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus dated February 10, 2011 No. 10 (as amended by the resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food dated May 20, 2011 No. 33, July 28, 2011 No. 49, September 10, 2014 No. 48, and June 10, 2016 No. 23), is confirmed by the Declaration of Conformity No. BY/112 11.01. TR025 005.01 02268 dated June 01, 2023 valid till Мay 31, 2028.
